OPPORTUNITY
Social Impact Partners for Connecticut is seeking a Director for Early Childhood Education Finance, Operation and Growth. The organization is investing in early childhood education through expanded funding and a statewide focus on affordable, high-quality child care. Since 2020, Social Impact Partners (SIP) has supported this effort through statewide partnerships, policy initiatives, and direct support to ECE organizations.
The Director will advise ECE leaders across Connecticut through SIP’s ECE Growth Accelerator, strengthening financial and operating models, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting implementation of practical solutions. The role also helps identify broader field-level challenges and develop solutions that strengthen Connecticut’s ECE system.
