Unique measurable program for professional growth and enhancement
The Strategy Group designed a 8-month leadership development program to help emerging leaders to strengthen knowledge of nonprofit management and leadership, to develop strong supervisory skills, to improve critical thinking, and planning skills and to learn how to respond to problems in complex and diverse environments. In addition to the full-day group trainings, each participant received executive coaching.
The full-day monthly sessions focused on:
– Change Management
– Finance and Budgeting
– Relationship Building
– Program Planning and Business Development
Based on pre- and post-tests as well as qualitative assessments, program participants strengthened their knowledge and skills. Participants enthusiastically spoke about their own professional growth and development.
