For 171 years, LifeBridge has been dedicated to providing services to greater Bridgeport’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged populations. Services and programs have evolved over time to meet the emerging needs of a changing community. Once a bustling hub of manufacturing and industry following the Civil War, Bridgeport was hit hard by the Great Depression and has never fully recovered. This has left a disproportionate segment of the population unable to thrive and living within deep pockets of extreme poverty. LifeBridge believes in the unlimited potential of every child and family in Bridgeport. LifeBridge Community Services (LCS) is seeking an experienced candidate to play a key role in establishing a quality improvement and data management program. The candidate selected for the Director of Quality Improvement and Data Management (QI/DM) position will create the infrastructure for the program working in collaboration with the senior management team. Within 18 months, the QI/DM Director will prepare the agency to transition to CARF accreditation for selected programs and track year one outcomes and output measures for the Behavioral Health and Urban Scholars Programs.
