VISION, MISSION, AND VALUES

Guiding us to be our best

The Strategy Group, LLC (TSG) was established in January 2012 to provide transformative guidance, direction, and support to non-profit organizations. At TSG, we believe in the boundless potential of non-profits to enrich all lives, strengthen our communities, and transform our world.

Like with the clients we work with, we too, are proud to share our Vision, Mission, and Values with our colleagues and friends.

VISION

Challenging nonprofits to create a more equitable world.

MISSION

We are dedicated to emboldening nonprofits as they pursue mission-related excellence. Nonprofits are primary catalysts in addressing societal challenges and creating a more just world. We are strong partners in efforts to strengthen the social sector and achieve remarkable results.

VALUES

TSG has an organizational culture where everyone has a positive mindset and loves a challenge. This mindset and values-based culture enhance our work and our lives. The following values are cornerstones to all our work:

Excellence – We hold ourselves accountable to high standards and dedicate ourselves to helping clients find solutions and achieve results.

Integrity – We strive to be humble, fair and honest in all we do.

Joy – We base our work on building strong and trusting relationships.

Courage – We dare to challenge assumptions and expectations.

Are you clear on your organization’s vision, mission, and values? We love to help non-profits with this critical yet often overlooked step in achieving their goals.

“The Strategy Group was instrumental in bringing our team together as a newly merged organization to develop new vision, mission, and values statements. Debra and Karen offered wonderful expertise and motivation throughout the entire process. We are proud to have such strong statements, that were developed collaboratively with staff, to guide, and inspire our food bank into the future.”

– Miranda Muro, Senior Director of Network Strategy & Paul Shipman, Senior Director of Network Resources
