OPPORTUNITY
The Beardsley Zoo is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to lead the Zoo’s fundraising strategy, build strong donor relationships, secure significant philanthropic support, and expand contributed revenue to advance the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.
This senior development leader will oversee major gifts, annual and planned giving, corporate and foundation support, sponsorships, events, and campaigns, while partnering closely with the CEO, Board, senior leadership, donors, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented fundraiser who combines sophisticated relationship-building with strong execution, compelling storytelling, and the systems, discipline, and accountability needed to grow philanthropic revenue.
