OPPORTUNITY
Filling in the Blanks (FITB) is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the organizational backbone that enables the mission to scale. As second-in-command, the COO will translate strategy into action—strengthening systems, teams, and operations so FITB can efficiently and safely deliver healthy food to more than 10,000 children each week across Fairfield, Westchester, and Putnam counties.
The COO will unify operations across the organization, build capacity for continued growth, and foster a strong, collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate will be a trusted, emotionally intelligent leader and gifted implementer with a bias toward action and a genuine passion for fighting childhood hunger.
