OPPORTUNITY
Person to Person (P2P) seeks a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead all marketing, communications, public relations, and brand initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, the CMO will drive public awareness, donor engagement, community trust, and program visibility while shaping and elevating P2P’s public narrative. The ideal candidate is an innovative, relationship-oriented leader with experience building brands, leading integrated marketing strategies, and translating mission into compelling community engagement. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-paced nonprofit environment, working closely with development, volunteer, and site teams across the organization.
