Waterford Country School (WCS) is seeking a mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its respected special education and child welfare organization at a pivotal moment. The CEO will oversee education, clinical, foster care, and residential programs—guiding more than 150 staff across 320 acres—while keeping children and families at the center of every decision. This visible, relationship-oriented leader will champion WCS’s family-centered culture, serve as its primary ambassador and fundraiser, and steward long-term sustainability with both strategic discipline and heart.
